I have been in the real estate industry in one form or another since 1982, starting with Cambridge Mortgage Corporation (good ole' Carl Fibkins) until present where I am Managing Partner of Fleming Title Company, LLC. This firm specializes in all aspects of a Real Estate Closing whether the closing is due to the refinance of an existing mortgage, addition of a 2nd mortgage or equity line, or if the closing involves the purchase of a new home for a first time home buyer or a seasoned pro. I am a recent graduate of the Charleston School of Law, but have 30 years of real estate experience. Prior to law school I was the education director for the Charleston Trident Association of Realtors for 12 plus years, overseeing the Association’s licensing and continuing education programs and have taught real estate and property management courses locally and regionally for 23 years. Although I only handle my own properties now, I still maintain a SC Real Estate Broker license, having sold and managed properties since 1980.
